Privacy Policy

WebLaunched LTD is the data controller for the personal data described below. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to answer your enquiry and run your website service.

1. Who we are

WebLaunched LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, registered office 20 Wenlock Rd, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom. You can contact us at enquiries@weblaunch.info or on 07376 134112.

2. What we collect

When you contact us we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. If you become a client we also hold the information needed to build and maintain your website and to invoice you, including business contact details, content you supply for your site, and billing records.

Our hosting and security provider processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested to serve the site, block attacks and produce aggregate performance information.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare and show you a demo, provide and support your website, keep it secure, invoice you and keep proper business records. Our lawful bases are your consent (enquiries), performance of a contract (client services), legitimate interests (site security and service improvement) and legal obligation (accounting and tax records).

4. Email and forms

The contact form on our site opens your own email client with the message pre-addressed to us — it does not store your message on this website. Email you send us is received and held in our business email accounts.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary to deliver and protect the pages you request. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and we do not sell your data.

6. Sharing your data

We share data only with service providers who help us deliver the service — for example our hosting and security provider, domain registrars and email provider — and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. Sub-contractors we engage act as our agents and are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Client records are kept for the life of the agreement, and financial records for six years after it ends, as required by UK law.

8. Security

Sites we host are protected with SSL encryption, DDoS protection and a global content delivery network. Access to client data is limited to the people who need it to deliver the service.

9. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. Email security@weblaunch.info and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always published here. See our Terms & Conditions for the contractual terms of our service.
